LinkGather WordPressPlugin from TechyGeeksHome



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URLs for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

Go and get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

When you have installed and activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Walkthrough


A new link on the left side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

If you click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins developer page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links option to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your blogs published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You should now see a click here table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link table, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the option to download click here the posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Page Links


The instructions above is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of bringing back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same instructions as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
